Chris Linder is a Certified Athletic Therapist dedicated to helping clients return to the activities they love, free from pain, and perform at their best. He guides each individual through a structured process of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and exercise prescription, creating sustainable plans that emphasize both recovery and long-term performance. With a coaching-focused approach, Chris educates and supports clients throughout every stage of rehabilitation and training.
An athlete himself, Chris understands the challenges of injury, having overcome many of his own. He is a competitive mountain biker, coach, and founder of Alpine MTB Training. His active lifestyle extends beyond cycling to include hockey, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and hiking, all of which keep him connected to the pursuit of lifelong fitness and adventure.
Chris has extensive experience working with athletes across multiple levels and sports, including professional and national programs. His background includes work with the Calgary Flames, Abbotsford Heat, Minnesota Wild, Canadian National U18 Hockey Team, University of Calgary Dinos, Soo Greyhounds (OHL), Prince George Cougars (WHL), and Edmonton Cracker Cats (professional baseball).
