Certified Athletic Therapist
David Bertrand is a Certified Athletic Therapist whose career began during his undergraduate studies at the University of Ottawa, where he worked with the varsity hockey team. This experience introduced him to the diverse opportunities within athletic therapy and inspired him to pursue advanced training at Mount Royal University.
David is passionate about working with active individuals who are motivated to return to the activities they love. His approach combines manual therapy with a strong emphasis on mobility, biomechanics, and education, ensuring clients not only recover but also understand the anatomy and mechanics behind their injuries. He has particular interest in knee pathologies, concussion assessment, and providing sideline coverage for sporting events.
